We recommend bringing clothes you dont mind getting wet, a towel to dry off, and considering water shoes for extra comfort (though not required). You may want to pack a bug spray for added comfort.

Our guides are dedicated to keeping you safe and dry. Please avoid rocking the kayak and follow their paddling and safety instructions carefully. Safety is our first and main priority. Paddle slow. Kayaking is a physical activity.
DISCLAMER: Due to varying water and weather conditions, as well as the unpredicable nature of wildlife, we cannot gaurantee sightings of wildlife, wild native seabirds, dolphins, manatees, fish or other marine life. These animals are wild and constantly on the move. Additionally, passage through mangrove tunnels may not always be possible.
- Booking and Refund Policy: Our tours fill up quickly. If you arrive late and the tour has already departed, we cannot offer a refund or return to pick you up.
- Weather Conditions: We will notify you if the weather conditions are unfavorable. In such cases, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule your tour for another date.
- Weather Check: Please check the weather forecast before your tour. Refunds are only provided if the weather is bad or if we cancel the tour.
